This is a free form, barefoot, conscious dance. We dance sober and abstain from social conversations on the dance floor.

Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to free the mind of thoughts and judgements and let go into the body's own wisdom. From this space of body conscious awareness, we invite all parts of ourselves to be danced! This is an expression of being fully ourselves and fully alive! No prior dance experience necessary, all movement styles welcome.

We will open the evening with a breathwork meditation led by Kelli Joy, then our featured musicians will take us on a journey to dance our truth and find our ecstatic selves. Live drumming featuring Hannah & Bliss of Hannah's Field & Andrew Prue. Our featured EDM DJ Mystic Spin (Aka Amy Dubenetsky). We will close out the evening with a sound meditation.
